Day 9.

Well, we're starting to think we're getting the run around at the hospital where Don is.  I went out this morning. They had decided against the feeding tube for whatever reason.  He wasn't wearing any oxygen.  He looked good. So I'm thinking he doesn't need to be there anymore.  I spoke with the Director of Critical Care.  He said Don could be discharged with a BiPap machine. This will be used at night to help him breathe better.  Hes throwing all kinds of prices at me. Over the phone. With an accent. So I came back here to Nutech and they have spent the afternoon making all of these phone calls to get him discharged.  The best they could do was tomorrow morning. Which is better than Monday. I'm sure Don won't be happy.

And now they tell me the barbecue is back on, downstairs in the reception area.  Today was a cool rainy day. But the sun is coming out now.
