Day 16.
Another day with not much to report. I had to go to the Department of Immigration and register with them. Holy Moly! Hopefully I don't have to go there again. They sent someone from here with me who, once again, can't speak a word of english. I can't even begin to describe the place. There must have been hundreds of people, and we would go from counter to counter, desk to desk, sign this, sign that, show passports. Just crazy. I was very glad to leave.
Meanwhile, Ajo took Amy to see her father. Which means I'm not going again today. Aargh! But they have said again, he is slightly improved. They were doing another broncoscopy, trying to eliminate some more of the pneumonia. I don't think hes going to move out of ICU as quickly as we had hoped, but we're taking one day at a time. He was very glad to see Amy. Hopefully we'll both get to see him tomorrow.
